The goal of this project is to present the strength, grit and character of women in today's labor unions. These portraits are made in a controlled environment, and are meant to present the passion, skill and commitment that drive these women to become the best at what they do. All of the images are rendered on film, a process underpinned by the same commitment to quality that these women show every day on jobsites throughout San Diego and beyond.
